Finance Ministry to Offer Retail Savings Bonds Tomorrow

TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - The Finance Ministry will start selling another series of retail savings bonds (SBR) tomorrow, July 11. The SBR007 series will be offered with a coupon rate of 7.5 percent.
The ministry's Directorate General For Risk And Financing Management said that the bond offering period begins tomorrow morning at 09:00 until July 25.
The minimum order for each purchase is Rp1 million, and the maximum is Rp3 billion. The coupon payments will be done at every 10th of each month.
Throughout 2019, the Finance Ministry has issued five series of retail savings bonds. The bonds were issued in two categories; conventional and Islamic (sukuk).
The SBR007 has a maturity period of two years and will mature on July 10, 2021.
