Transjakarta Files Police Report for Vandalism

TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - PT Transjakarta has filed a report to the Jakarta Police about the vandalism and destruction of its bus roadblocks. The crime happened at the Tosari Bus Terminal in East Jakarta during May Day 's rally on Wednesday, May 1.
"This negative behavior must not be ignored," Transjakarta director of operations Daud Joseph said on Thursday, May 2.
A group of unidentified people damaged public facilities along the busway route near the National Monument (Monas) area. Transjakarta president director Agung Wicaksono said the company has coordinated with the police by providing information about the time of the crime, the location, and the description of the perpetrators.
In addition to assets belonging to Transjakarta , damages also inflicted to other public facilities near the location of the demonstration. The DKI Jakarta government has repaired the damaged infrastructure.
