TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta Metro Police have arrested Anggraini, a 55-year-old homeless woman. Anggraini is identified as the women who kidnapped a toddler in Bekasi last week.
The police apprehended Anggraini at the Pasar Senen Station on Sunday, April 14.
Jakarta Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono said Anggraini planned to work the victim, a 3 year-old girl, as a beggar.

Argo said that after kidnapping ASA, Anggraini moved from one place to another, sleeping at mosques and panhandling money by day.
ASA was kidnapped from her parents when she was playing at a mosque near her house in West Bekasi district, on the morning of April 9.
Her mother came to the police after seeing the mosque surveillance cameras, which showed footage of Anggraini talking to ASA before carrying her away.
Anggraini took to Bogor before returning to Jakarta's Kebayoran Lama area.
"On April 14, she was arrested in Pasar Senen Station," Argo said.
