Based on the cases, Ai argues that many social media platforms available today has vulnerably exposed children to prostitution practices

Ai’s statement follows the recent police finding of online prostitution activity in the form of a live-streamed pornography activity spread across chat-app Line group known as “Show Time”. This group is known to have 400-500 members that involve minors.

Many of the group’s members were not forced into this illegal group but had actually involved themselves in this Line live stream porn for personal financial gains.
