EVA Air to Operate at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport

TEMPO.CO, Tangerang - The manager of Soekarno - Hatta Airport, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) announced that starting on December 11, the airline from Taiwan, EVA Air, would operate at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Previously, the airline has been operated in Terminal 2.
The Senior Manager of Branch Communication and Legal, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Febri Toga Simatupang stated that EVA Air, which is included in the 2019 Top 10 Airlines, would fly its aircraft from Terminal 3. “As of December 11, it will move to Terminal 3,” Febri said Monday, December 10.
EVA Air is one of 19 foreign airlines at Soekarno-Hatta Airport that moved to Terminal 3. Since 2017, Angkasa Pura II has gradually moved the operation of international airlines from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3, which is part of the airline arrangement.
The airlines include Saudi Arabian Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Xiamen Air, Korean Air, China Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Fly Scoot Tiger Air, Malaysia Airlines, Thai Air, Oman Air, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Jet Asia, Qantas, Air China, Japan Airlines, Ethiopian Air, Shenzhen Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Royal Brunei. Air Asia will return to Terminal 2 on December 12.
Febri said PT Angkasa Pura II had prepared for the move of EVA Air. He hopes the service users will get an interesting and enjoyable experience.
“To the passengers, it is expected to pay attention to the departure ticket, as well as observe the signage or Videotron,” he said.
“Collaborate with good airlines reflects the commitment of PT Angkasa Pura II to “bring the world to Indonesia” through a variety of flight connections that provide a lot of convenience and comfort for service users,” Febri added.
