TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Sarana Wisesa company stated its readiness to manage the Tanah Abang Skybridge including the transfer of street vendors (PKL).

The Head of Sarana Wisesa company, Prabowo, said that the skybridge construction is targeted to be finished entirely on Friday, November 23.

“Sarana Jaya has confirmed, it would be finished this month. And we are ready to manage it,” Prabowo said at his office in Gedung Sarana Jaya, Tebet, South Jakarta, Monday, November 19.

Prabowo asked for two days to prepare all street vendors who would trade on the skybridge before it was inaugurated.

“Do not let when the bridge is inaugurated, there are traders who have just moved and are still picking up goods,” he said.

According to Prabowo, the bridge still cannot be used because there is still provision of facilities between the bridge and Tanah Abang Station that managed by KAI.

The Tanah Abang Skybridge will connect the station with Tanah Abang Market Block G and several other blocks.

“The inauguration is still waiting for some facilities that still want to be provided inside the station to support the commuter passengers who cross the bridge,” he said.
