Sandiaga Uno Deploys 60 Officers to Close Sense Karaoke, Exotic

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Deputy Governor Sandiaga Uno has deployed 60 officers of Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) and 10 civil servant investigators (PPNS) in the City Hall today, April 19. The officers were assigned to close the night entertainment venues Sense Karaoke and Exotic discotheque.
Sandiaga Uno stated Governor Anies Baswedan has mandated him to enforce the Regional Regulation that has been violated by Sense Karaoke and Exotic discotheque by closing both places in a good, elegant way.

“Keep the good name of Jakarta and its officials. I’m wearing this uniform to respect all of you who did a great job last time (in closing Alexis),” said Sandiaga, leading the morning ceremony while wearing Satpol PP’s uniform.
As reported earlier, Head of Jakarta Tourism and Culture Tinia Budiati announced two other entertainment spots that will be shut down after Alexis by Governor Anies Baswedan were Sense Karaoke in Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta and Exotic discotheque in Mangga Dua Square, North Jakarta for illegal drug issues.
