TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The police have arrested a pair of siblings for allegedly killing their uncle. They are aged 20 and 17.
Kramatjati Police chief Comr. Supoyo said that the incident started when Anwar Sanusi, 46, rode a loud motorcycle at night. Feeling upset, the siblings gave their uncle a talking to but was ignored. They later had a quarrel that ended in a fight.
"The victim was hit in his temple with a brick," Supoyo said today. “The victim also suffered bruises on the back of his head, allegedly from hitting the asphalt.”
Having seen Anwar stopped fighting back, the siblings brought him to the hospital. They lied to the paramedics about the wounds suffered by their uncle."They said that the victims had an accident," he said.
The siblings had run away after knowing that their uncle had died. Police managed to arrest them this morning in Taman Mini, East Jakarta.
