TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Member of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the House of Representatives (DPR) Sukamta hopes that Indonesia will receive more hajj quotas after the visit of Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud in March this year.
"I hope that the talk between the Indonesian Government and the Saudi Arabian Government can also lead to agreement between the two governments,” he said.
Discussion on hajj quota, Sukamta said, is one of the highlights during the visit of the King.
King Salman is scheduled to be in Indonesia between 1- 9 March 2017. He will be in Jakarta between 1-3 March for diplomatic matters and will be in Bali until 9 March.
