TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The anti-graft body Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named four suspects in the case of alleged bribery committed by non-active Cimahi Mayor.
The four suspects are the non-active mayor herself Atty Suharti, Atty’s husband M. Itoc Tochija, and two people who bribed them Triswara Dhani Brata and Hendriza Soleh Gunadi.
KPK Deputy Chairman Basaria Panjaitan said that Atty dan Itoc were promised to be given Rp 6 billion by Triswara dan Hendriza.
The money, he said, was used to obtain permits for the second phase of construction project of Pasar Atas Baru Cimahi in 2017. The total value of the project itself is Rp 57 billion.
Atty was appointed as Cimahi mayor for the period of 2012-2017.
