TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jessica Kumala Wongso has been charged for 20 years in prison by the prossecutor for the murder of Wayan Mirna Salihin. The prosecutor said that Jessica has committed a premeditated murder.

Jessica's lawyer, Otto Hasibuan, said that the prosecution is not appropriate, saying that the prosecutor is not convinced with his case. "If he is convinced, he should dare to go with a lifetime," he said.

Otto added that the prosecutor is not yet able to prove that Jessica laced cyanide on Myrna's coffee. The prosecutor has also failed in tellling where the cyanide is from.

"We will reveal what he's lacking at," he said.
