TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Coordinating Minister of Economy, Darmin Nasution, said that there are numerous backgrounds for the government to come up with 100-percent policy for foreign investors. However, he claimed that the idea of deregulating the negative investment index is to encourage industrial growth.

"We let foreign in to the sectors which we thought have failed to improve,” he said.
