TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Coordinating Ministry of Human Development and Culture has launched a mental revolution website on Monday, August 24, 2015. The website was launched as an effort to accommodate President Joko Widodo's call for a mental revolution movement from a different approach.
"[The website] provides update on life examples of mental revolution in an attempt to encourage the public to be involved in the [movement]," said Coordinating Deputy for Culture Haswan Yunaz.
The website mainly presents stories of certain individuals considered to have successfully initate a mental revolution. Additonal contents include legal frameworks, examples of mental revolution, information on mental revolution, public opinion, and statements made by prominent public figures wha are taking part in the movement.
Haswan said the Coordinating Ministry of Human Development and Culture will not spend a tremendous budget in creating the website. The budget spent by the government will only be utilized for the website's operational cost.
