Liartha S. Kembaren, rector from the University of Berkley, is also offering promotions to Tempo. “If you can get three people to enroll, you can get in for free,” Liartha said on Tuesday, May 26.
The special offer applies to everyone. The University of Berkley’s admission ranges in the millions for each program. “The fee has never changed since the beginning,” said Liartha.
Rp60 million is the fee for professor, US$5,700 for a PhD, Rp45 million for a doctor honoris causa, Rp35 million for MBA and Rp25 million for BBA. 65 percent of the total fee should be paid during enrollment. The rest could be paid in monthly installments.
The University of Berkley offers programs in management and business field. Each program requires a 2-3 years period. The program could be quicker if the participants possess numerous leadership or management certificates.
The campus became a highlight after Research, Technology and High Education Minister M. Nasir conducted an unannounced inspection last week. The University of Berkley is mentioned to have issued fake diplomas.
