TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo appeared on television on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, with a tense face, causing people to raise questions. It is believed that the president is under immense pressure in deciding the ministers for his cabinet, therefore cancelling the scheduled cabinet announcement that was supposed to be held on the same day.

Jokowi's close acquaintance said that the president saw problems as there were only few of his candidates passed the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) clearance. 

On Sunday, KPK and the Center for Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis (PPATK) handed their analysis on the 43 candidates that Jokowi had proposed. The candidates were tagged with green, yellow, and red labels. "Red and yellow labels mean that they should not serve as ministers," said KPK chief Abraham Samad.
