TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The term 'magic stone' was revealed in the sexual abuse case in Kindergarten of Jakarta International School (JIS). The two teachers, Neil Bentleman and Ferdinand Tjiong, have been named suspects with the allegation of using the drug before sexually harassed the victims.

It appears that the term 'magic stone' is strange in the National Narcotics Agency (BNN), Sr. Comr. Dwiyanto claimed to have no idea whether 'magic stone' is a type of narcotics or is just a drug. "I don’t know yet, it should be asked to the lab first," Dwiyanto told Tempo yesterday.

Sr. Comr. Ibnu Hadjar, Head of Police Hospital of Medical Service Field, Kramatjati, also claimed to have never heard about it.

Sr. Comr. Heru Pranoto, Detective Director for Public Criminal of the Metro Jaya Police Department, said investigators were still figuring out the 'magic stone' being used by the two suspects for their victims. "It is still a testimony from the victims, we haven’t known yet because the suspects haven’t confessed."

Based on the victims' testimonies, 'magic stone' is shaped as a small round pebble-like. "He said it is magic stone, because the suspects said 'I give you this magic stone, try to consume it.' They are kids, they don't fully understand it," he said.

After consuming 'magic stone', Heru said the victims felt cold from the stomach down. "So the effect is cold and you can’t feel anything from the stomach down," Heru said.

Other than 'magic stone', said Heru, the victims were given a drink believed to have been mixed with sleeping pills. "They also gave drinks. "After being consumed, the victims directly fell asleep," he said.
