One Family Killed in Bekasi

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A sadistic murder took place in Jatirahayu, Pondok Melati, Bekasi City. One family consisting of father, mother, and two children were killed and found in bloodstained condition.


The spokesman for the Bekasi City Police Comm. Erna Ruswing Andari suspected the murder occurred last night. There was an eyewitness who saw the gate of the victim’s house open at 3 a.m. “It is still under the investigation,” Erna said, Tuesday, November 13.


The victims were Dikum Nainggolan (38), Maya Ambarita (37), Sarah (9), and Arya (7). Their bodies had been evacuated to the Police Hospital, Kramajati, East Jakarta, for the autopsy.


The murder was first known by the rented house occupant named Febi Lofa. Around 6:30 a.m., she was about to leave for work and saw the victim’s grocery shop set at his house was still closed. In fact, usually, the victim has woken up to prepare to open the shop.


Out of her suspicion, Febi ventured to call and look inside the house. The television in the living room was turned on. She was startled when she saw all the victims lying in blood.


Febi immediately told the neighbors. Furthermore, this murder was reported to the local neighborhood association management and the Pondok Gede Police Station.
