Police Investigating Primary School Student`s Death

TEMPO.CO, Tangerang - Ciledug sector police are now investigating the cause of the death of DM (7).
DM was a resident in Larangan, Ciledug, Tangerang.
The investigation was under way after a number of residents living near the house where DM lived filed a report to the police on the suspicion that DM, a firs grade, died after he was tortured by his step mother and his father.
"It was several women living on Jalan Swadaya Raya, Larangan, Ciledug who reported to us after they were suspicious that the child died after he was tortured by his parents,” said Chief of Ciledug Police Commissioner on Sunday (23/10).
For the record, DM died on Friday (21/10) after he received an intensive care at Asih Ciledug hospital. He died of high fever.
Residents in his neighborhood were suspicious that his death was under abnormal circumstances because his body had many wounds of cigarette burns, while his nose and ears were bleeding.
