TEMPO.CO, Tangerang -Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Police has yet to question Ewr, 28, former Indonesian migrant worker in Qatar. Ewr has allegedly disposed of a dead baby in the toilet of Qatar Airways plane on Sunday, October 9, 2016.
Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police Criminal Investigation Unit chief Comr. Mirzal Maulana said Ewr will be interrogated to find out the motives behind her acts. “The offender has yet to be interrogated as she is still in shock,” Mirzal said on Tuesday, October 11.
While awaiting her recovery, police have questioned two witnesses, namely two cabin cleaners who found the baby boy. They found the body shortly after the plane landed and cabin crew members had left the aircraft.
Qatar Airways immediately reported it to the airport police units, who rushed to the scene and arrested Ewr soon afterwards.
