"It was not set up. It was for safety purpose," said Hendrayanto. "It had been in the car. There is no indication that the murder was planned."
Therefore, Syafrie said that the prosecutor can only charge on article 353 verse 3 of Penal Code on Murder by Torture. Previously, Judge Hapsoro had charged Hafitd and Assyifa with three violations of Penal Code, all leading to maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
