TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono took a look at the sketch of a man suspected to be involved in the attack on Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigator Novel Baswedan. The sketch, drawn based on witness accounts, was published in today's Koran Tempo, July 31.
"This person was seen to be pacing the neighborhood for six days before the incident," said Argo in Jakarta, Monday.

Argo said the police have also completed three sketches of men suspected to be Novel's attackers. These sketches have not yet been published.
Argo did not say whether the police-made sketches are similar to the one published in Koran Tempo but said the police sketches were also based on witness accounts.
The first sketch, he said, was the person who asked for the gamis shirt. The second sketch is of an unidentified man in the mosque, and the third is of a suspicious person sitting on a motorcycle, near Novel's house.

Argo said the police have not been able to identify the attackers based on security camera footages. "We have announced before that their faces could not be seen. We've examined footages from 38 security cameras, but couldn’t find a clear image of their faces," he said.
In the sketch made by Koran Tempo, the suspect is described as a stocky man about 165 centimeters in height. According to witnesses' accounts, the man was wearing a hooded denim jacket at the time of the incident.
