Out of 174 matches, the controversial coach booked 122 victories—hence having 70 percent winning percentage. Mourinho even bested his now-retired rival Sir Alex Ferguson, who scored 400 points with Manchester United in 191 matches.
Mou, 51, now has the chance the make a new record, defeating Ferguson whose total points are 1,752 in 810 matches. With an average 2.7 of points per match, Mourinho can best Ferguson’s record in 476 games, or around 12.5 Premier League seasons.
Under Mourinho’s second term in Chelsea, the West Londoners now sit on top of the table, collecting 39 points. This season only, Mou has scored 12 wins, three draws, and one defeat.
