MU Seek Victory against West Brom to End Poor Away Record

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Manchester United will embark on a special mission when taking on West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns tonight. United will strive to score their first away victory this season.
Out of seven matches, the Red Devils score only three wins, two draws and two defeats. In all three away games, plus two away games last season, United have not won at all, making it the worst run since 2001. Failing to score three points against West Brom, this will be United’s worst record in 28 years, the last time they had six consecutive win-less away games.
United Coach Louis van Gaal realized he still needed to improve his squad, saying that he had yet to see the expected performance from the boys.
United now sit at sixth, collecting only eleven points out of seven matches. Winning against West Brom can also mean United’s leaping Liverpool at fifth, as they were only two points behind last season’s runner up.
