TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Soekarno the Movie hit its first theater in style as the premier event displays classic outfits. Taking place at the Epicentrum theater, classic early Indonesian independence atmosphere was so thick that some of the event committee members were seen wearing the colonial-time outfit.
Some of the classic outfits displayed in the event include, Soekarno's trademark suit and peci (hat). Along the way to the event venue entrace, a parade of classic cars such as the Chrysler Windsor, helped to amplify the presence of Soekarno.
The historical movie itself was filled major artists including Ario Bayu, Maudy Koesnaedi, Lukman Sardi, and Tika Bravani. Despite several issues that surrounds the movie, 'Soekarno' will be available in all theaters accross Indonesia on December 11, 2013.
