Indonesia AirAsia Offers Fly Thru Promos to Welcome Eid al-Fitr Holiday

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The affordable Indonesia AirAsia airline is offering Fly Thru promos of connecting flights from Indonesia to various international routes to welcome the 2024 Eid al-Fitr holiday.
President Director of Indonesia AirAsia Veranita Yosephine Sinaga said this promo is one of the airline's efforts to increase public interest in traveling by plane.
"This will accelerate the aviation industry recovery post-COVID-19 pandemic,” Veranita said on Monday, March 18, 2024.
Through this Fly Thru promo, said Veranita, passengers can fly from Jakarta, Bali, Medan, and Surabaya with transit in Kuala Lumpur to their favorite destinations.
Veranita said that the Fly Thru promo on international routes can be booked from March 18 - 24, 2024 through the AirAsia MOVE application (formerly AirAsia Superapp) or the airasia.com website, with flight periods from April 15 - November 30, 2024.
To complete the enjoyable travel experience, Indonesia AirAsia also provides Value Pack promos that save 20 percent on 20 kilograms of baggage, insurance, seat selection, and inflight meals for passengers who book through the AirAsia MOVE application or airasia.com website.
Based on data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), as many as 11.68 million foreign tourists have visited Indonesia throughout 2023, a staggering 98.30 percent increase from the previous year. "While in 2023 alone, Indonesia AirAsia has carried up to 4.1 million passengers for all international routes available," Veranita said.
Veranita added Indonesia AirAsia will continue to provide various special and attractive promos for its loyal passengers to travel to various domestic and international destinations.
"This is also expected to increase the number of foreign tourists visiting Indonesia, as per the tourism ministry target of 14.3 million foreign tourist visits by 2024," Veranita said.
