TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Orchard Road in Singapore is a hub for tourists from all over the world. It is the city-state’s premier shopping district, brimming with high-end boutiques, department stores, and budget retailers, interspersed with luxury hotels.
However, frugal travelers need not fret, as the famous area has some pocket-friendly dining spots. According to Travel+Leisure Asia, some eateries serve cheap food under SGD10 or Rp116,000 per person.

1. Cipta Rasa Cafe Ria
