TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Vietnam U-23 National Team won the U-23 AFF Cup 2023 after defeating Indonesia in the finals held at Rayong Provincial Stadium, Thailand, on Saturday, August 26. Vietnam won 6-5 in penalty shootout.
