No Rain Expected Today in Greater Jakarta amid Poor Air Quality

18 August 2023 07:30 WIB

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Sunny weather will greet parts of Greater Jakarta or Jabodetabek today, August 18, 2023, while the other parts will have partly cloudy skies, according to the weather forecast released by the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG).

Greater Tangerang and Bekasi are expected to start the day with clear skies. The weather in Jakarta, Depok, and Bogor will be partly sunny.

The weather prediction during the day and night is different. BMKG predicted cloudy weather for West and Central Jakarta, which will become partly cloudy at night.

In the afternoon, the sunny weather in Bekasi will remain and the other regions, Depok and Bogor, will see cloudy skies. In the evening, the sky in Bekasi will be partly cloudy, while the other two regions will have cloudy weather.

For the Tangerang areas, after a sunny morning, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy in the afternoon and cloudy at night.
