KAI Cirebon Gives 10 Percent Discount at Rail Run Event

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State railway company Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) of Operational Area 3 Cirebon, West Java, will give 10 percent discount for those who purchase tickets at the Rail Run event on November 18.


“All tickets for long and medium distance will be given a 10 percent discount for departures of the next 90 days from November 18,” said KAI Cirebon Public Relations Manager Krisbiyantoro Friday, November 16. The discount is not valid for the ticket of trips departing on December 14, until January 2019.


“The discount tickets can be canceled and changed, but it cannot be combined with other reductions or discounts,” he said.


Kris said the Rail Run event is an annual event and this year is held in Cirebon City. “KAI invites the public to enliven the Rail Run event,” he said.


This year's the Rail Run, Kris went on, is themed 'Run For Fun, Race For Place', where running is not merely a sport but also can be a recreation for the participants.


"KAI Rail Run will be held on Sunday, November 18, at 6 a.m. with the start point in front of the BAT Building, Jalan Pasuketan, Lemahwungkuk, Cirebon City,” Kris remarked.
