Furthermore, breast self-examination or locally known as SADARI is one of the important ways to find breast cancer early. First, stand in front of mirrors with your shoulders straight and your arms on your hips. Look at your breast, the shape, size, and changes in the surface and its color as well as the nipple.

Place your arms on your waist and push firmly to tighten your breast muscle. Bow down to the mirror. Look at and touch your breast, examine whether there is a certain change in your breast.

Then, raise your arms and push inside. Look for other signs of fluid coming out of one or both nipples. Place your thumb and index finger in your nipple and gently push them and see if there is fluid coming out. Do it again for the other side.
