KPK Studied Century Case, Results May Be Announced This Week

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Chief of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Agus Rahardjo said that the South Jakarta District Court's verdict related to the Bank Century (Century case) is still being reviewed.
"Maybe this week we will get [the result]," said Agus at the office of Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) in Jakarta on Tuesday, April 17, 2018.
Previously, the South Jakarta District Court ordered the KPK to name a number of officials as suspects.
Some of the officials are former Vice President, Boediono, Muliaman D. Hadad, Raden Pardede, among others. The verdict is still being reviewed.
KPK also requested a response from the experts outside its institution regarding the verdict.
"Hopefully in the near future the study result will be published," Agus said.
Agus stated that the KPK will continue the investigation of Bank Century case if it has enough evidence and witnesses. "If we have enough evidence, we will continue [the investigation]," Agus said.
