Indonesian Citizens in Amman Urged to Avoid Visiting Palestine

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) to Amman, Jordan, urged Indonesian citizens planning on going to Palestine to postpone their plans until the situation returns to normal.
This is under the consideration that Palestineis not conducive due to the change of Israel’s capital from Tel Aviv toJerusalem.
It gets worse as the President of the United States Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capitaland he plans to relocate US Embassy from Tel Aviv toJerusalem.
Along the cities of western Palestine, including Hebron and Al-Bireh, thousands of protesters echoed "Jerusalem is the capital of Palestine". Some Palestinians even threw rocks at Israeli soldiers.
At least 31 people were injured due to the gunfire released by the Israeli during the rally on Thursday, Dec. 7, held by Palestinians residing in the western area and the Gaza Strip occupied by Israel.
