TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - At least three state-owned enterprises will be involved in the project of airport railway that will connect Solo’s Adi Soemarmo aiport and Balapan Solo train station.
"They will divide the tasks based on the segments that will be done,” said Transportation Minister Budi Karya Sumadi on Saturday (8/4).
The three state-owned enterprises involved are state-owned railway operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia, state-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura I, and PT Pembangunan Perumahan.
According to Budi, PT KAI and PT. Angkasa Pura will construct a railway in the existing Solo-Gundih railway spanning 3 kilometers, while PT. Pembangunan Perumahan will connect lanes that are made by the two state-owned enterprises.
"It spans 10 kilometers,” he said.
