No Indonesian among Victims in Russia`s St. Petersburg Blast

“We have contacted the St. Petersburg Permira [the Indonesian Students’ Association in Russia] and the Honorary Consul,” Wahid told Antara news agency in a phone interview on Tuesday morning.

Ambassador Wahid Supriyadi added that 115 Indonesians comprising 90 students and 25 migrant workers live in the city.
“The KBRI [Indonesian Embassy] has issued a circular warning Indonesians to be vigilant,” he said.
Data from the Indonesian Embassy show that around 900 Indonesians live in Russia.
Reuters earlier reported that Russian Health Minister Veronika Skvortsova had said that the St. Petersburg metro explosion killed at least 10 and injured 47 others. The explosion took place at 2:40 p.m. local time.
