TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta Provincial Government asserted that they will continued the BMW Stadium construction again in North Jakarta. The stadium will be dedicated to the capital's soccer club, Persija and Soccer Association of Indonesia (PPSI).
Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama disclosed that his party is still focused on the design of the stadium.
"BMW stadium will be recontinued. It will be made for Persija and PSSI. And the concept is still being discussed," he stated, at City Hall, Wednesday (3/1).
Basuki also asked City Secretary, Saefullah to follow up the continuation of the project. Moreover, there were previously a number of issues of land disputes at the location.
"I've asked him (Mr. Saefullah) to follow up it," he expressed.
