TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Former child star and Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan surprised many of her Instagram followers after the actress deleted previously posted pictures and replaced them with Arabic message of peace, according to a report by the Sydney Morning Herald on Tuesday, January 117, 2017.
Following the deletion of her photos, Lohan updated her bio page to a simple "Alaikum salam", an Arabic greeting that means 'peace be unto you'.
The sudden changes had triggered Muslim Twitter accounts into speculating that the actress had decided to convert to Islam.
Lohan's representative, speaking to US Weekly as quoted by the Herald, refused to make comments on the changes and simply said that Lohan had just entered a "period of renewal" and "has been making positive changes in her life."
The impromptu change occurred in less than a week after Lohan posted a poem on her account, including a line that says "I cannot help but want to fix all of these idle ISIS minds."
As she entered her adulthood, Lohan has well and truly left acting and the Hollywood lifedata-style. She moved to London back in 2012 and has made friends with Saudi and Russian business people.
