TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - Witness Protection Institute (LPSK) has suggested that all elements of the society to participate in reporting budget deviation while in seminar in Papua.
“Development result is not yet optimum. Corruption occurs in a lot of budget sector," said LPSK Chairman, Abdul Haris Semendawai.
“Schools are built with low quality. Infrastructure left unattended,” said Haris.
Haris said he realized that the public fears reporting and testifying for corruption case. But he underlines that the state protects the rights of witness.
"Even judge has to protect the witness," he said.
