TEMPO.CO, Jakarta- The Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) on Monday, June 6, 2016 announced audit results of the 2016 Central Government Financial Report (LKPP). BPK head Harry Azhar Azis said that the report was graded as reasonable with exception (WDP).

"The opinion is the same with that about the 2014 LKPP," Harry said at the presidential palace.

Harry revealed that the BPK also found six issues related to the report. The first one is uncertainty in connection with the state capital injection (PMN) for state electricity company PLN.

Harry added the second was that the government has burdened consumers with higher prices for subsidized diesel fuel, locally known as Solar, than the base price including taxes after fixed subsidy. Based on BPK's calculation, state oil company Pertamina has reaped a profit of Rp 3.19 trillion (US$232.8 million).

The BPK found the third issue that was related to non-tax receivables of Rp 1.82 trillion (US$132.8 million) at the prosecutor’s office, including Rp 33.94 billion (US$2.5 million) from the penalty payment of compensation in criminal acts of corruption surrounding the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry, as well as US$206.8 million from regular fees, royalties, and mineral sales that were not well-documented.

"In addition, as much as Rp 101.34 billion (US$7.4 million) is not consistent with the payment confirmation sent to taxpayer," Harry added.

Harry revealed that the fourth issue was Rp 2.49 trillion (US$18.2 billion) worth of Defense Ministry’s supplies were not supported with sufficient administrative works. Harry added that the fifth issue was similar to the fourth one, which was inaccurate excess budget records so that the BPK was not sure about the legitimacy of transactions and/or balance related to the budget excess worth Rp 6.6 trillion (US$481.8 million).

The last issue was unexplainable direct correction to reduce equity by Rp 96.53 trillion (US$7 billion) and inter-entity transaction of Rp 53.34 trillion (US$3.9 billion).

"Again, they are not supported with sufficient documents," Harry concluded.
