TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Bahana Securities expects the stock price index in trading Thursday, September 17, to move in the range of 4,305-4,407.
Stock price index (JCI) at the close of trading Wednesday, fell 14.65 points or 0.34% to 4,332.51.
“Thursday the JCI is expected to weaken," said Technical Bahana Securities analyst Muhammad Wafi in his research. He said stocks to be observed in Thursday’s trading include PGAS, ADHI, ENRG, MDRN and ROTI.
In trading on Wednesday, the stock index fell 15 points (-0.34%) to the 4,332.51 level. Transaction value in the regular market amounted to Rp2.9 trillion, affected by the export-import data and market awaits results of the FOMC meeting.
Five sectors declined, led by basic sectors of industry and miscellaneous industry, while the agri sector, infra, trade and mining has increased.
A total of 128 shares rose, 145 stocks declined, 91 stocks unchanged and 226 shares not traded.
Shares acting as ballast in the exchange Wednesday, include INTP, SMGR, ASII, UNVR and BBNI. Foreign traders recorded a net sell on the regular market at Rp348.3 billion. The shares sold by foreign traders include BBNI, BBCA, ASII, UNVR and SMGR.
