Blackberry Launches Android-Based Smartphones in 2015

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Blackberry is preparing to launch a new, Android-based smartphone later on in the year - codenamed 'Venice'.
GSM Arena reported that Blackberry Venice is due to be released in November 2015. The device is slated to be equipped with a 5-inch QHD touchscreen, a 16-megapixel primary camera combined with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Waterloo, Ontario-based company is expected to equip the device with a 3-gigabyte RAM, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC processor with a hexacore CPU.
According to images released by Evan Blass through his Twitter feed, @evleaks, the device has a curved edge touchscreen - not dissimilar to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
Previously, Blackberry has reportedly been preparing to launch another Android-based device - codenamed 'Prague' - in August 2015.
