KPK Investigates BCA CEO for Alleged Involvement on Corruption

TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will investigate Bank Central Asia (BCA) CEO Jahja Setiaatmadja for his alleged involvement in the corruption case committed by former Director General of Tax Hadi Poernomo.
However, Head of KPK News and Publication Division Priharsa Nugraha claimed that he had no information regarding Jahja's examination. "I should check first," Priharsa said in a text message on Friday, May 22, 2015.
Meanwhile, BCA's company secretary Inge Setiawan has yet to respond to Tempo's confirmation.
Hadi Poernomo was named as a suspect for altering a decision, and causing Rp 375 billion of state losses.
