TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Justice and Human Rights Minister Yasonna H. Laoly has ratified the leadership lineup for the Golkar Party registered by Agung Laksono’s camp.
Thena Sitepu from the ministry’s general law and constitutional administration directorate said the ministerial decree had been initialed at around 10 a.m. on Monday, March 23, 2015.
Thena said the ministry had sent the decree to the Golkar Party central executive board (DPP) of Agung Laksono’s camp. “We sent that this morning, there was no need for a fuss,” Thena told Tempo.
Thena said Agung’s camp had completed the remaining requirements for the decree, including the party’s minutes of national meeting. He added the ministry also asked the camp to revise the erroneous, prior deed stating the leadership was formed on the recommendations of the party’s national meeting in Ancol.
“It is supposed to be on the ruling of the party’s court,” he said. “But all documents have been revised and completed.”
Thena also ensured the cadres of Agung’s camp would be involved in the future management of the party—as evident in the ballooning figure of the party’s officials to 377. Thena, however, balked at detailing the total number of Golkar cadres supporting Aburizal "Ical" Bakrie included on the list.
Lawrence Siburian, one of Agung Laksono’s supporters, claimed his camp had put 45 cadres from Ical’s side on the list, among them Satya WIdya Yudha, Rully Chairul Azhar and Robert Joppy Kardinal.
