TEMPO.CO, Bogor - The Bogor city administration has launched Call Center (1500441) and Online SMS (08118500411) services to accommodate complaints on the city government’s performance and the aspirations of Bogor residents.

“All complaints and aspirations will go through both services and will be accommodated and followed-up on by the related working units (SKPD) or agencies,” Bogor Mayor Bima Arya Sugiarto said on Wednesday, January 14, 2015.

Bima said his government was still disseminating information on the services, which were still on trial, thus not yet available for 24 hours. Bima pledged the services would fully operate in the future to cater to Bogor residents around the clock.

“We expect these services can improve the relationship between the Bogor city administration and the society,” Bima said. “Action will also be taken faster and we hope the people can help monitor the development of Bogor city.”

Bima also said a complaint would be responded within three days’ time at the latest, otherwise, he would ask it directly to the related agency. “All complaints will be displayed on my phone. If they do not get any response, I will rebuke them [the agencies] myself,” he said.
