Six Immigration Director General Candidates Pass Selection Test

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – The director general of immigration selection committee has announced six candidates of immigration director general who passed the profile assessment selection held from September 26-27, 2014.
From nine competing candidates, six passed the test.
“They passed the profile assessment phase,” Harkristuti Harkisnowo, a member of the committee, told Tempo on Wednesday, October 1, 2014.
Tuti said the six candidates would proceed to the next stage—an open interview—that would take place from October 2-3 beginning 8 a.m. at the Multipurpose Room on the Ground Floor of the Immigration Directorate General building.
“The interview will be open, so the media can attend and cover it,” Tuti said.
In the interview, the six candidates would be examined by the committee’s members, who are led by Deputy Minister of Justice and Human Rights Denny Indrayana. The members include secretary general Y. Ambeg Paramarta, director general of legal administration Harkristuti Harkrisnowo, and PT Tempo Inti Media director Bambang Harymurti.
The six candidates are:
-Asep Kurnia, secretary to the Immigration Director General
-Bambang Widodo, head of Personnel Bureau of the Immigration Secretariat General
-M. Diah, North Sumatra Immigration Office chief
-Molan Tarigan, director of Dissemination of Human Rights Directorate General
-Muhammad Yanis, Central Kalimantan Immigration Office chief
-Rochadi Iman Santoso, director of System and IT of the Immigration Directorate General
