TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Democrat official Ahmad Mubarok revealed that there was a major act of gratification during the Democrat Congress. "There was a major act of gratification, entitled 'bombing', to Regional Chiefs through local coordinators," said Ahmad when testifying against Anas Urbaningrum for Hambalang Case.

Mubarok, then Anas' campaign team, said that the money package was delivered during the break before the second round of Democrat Chairman Election. He claimed that the package was given to direct votes towards a particular candidate.

Mubarok said that the order to deliver the package was given by each candidate, namely Marzuki Alie and Anas Urbaningrum. He claimed that that the first to wage package delivery was Marzuki's team, while Anas' was trying to defend against the kind of attack.

Moreover, Mubarok claimed that he did not know the number of money package given. However, he revealed that he knew there was transportation fee of Rp1 Million to Rp5 million given, saying that it can still be tolerated.
