TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The General Attorney gave graft convict Susno Duadji one month to settle the Rp 200 million fine and Rp 4.2 billion reimbursement.

General Attorney Basrief Syarief said that it is settled in the law that the convict has a month to settle the fine and reimbursement. If not fulfilled, property seizure will be conducted. However, it will only be done if Susno fails to settle the fine and reimbursement.

Basrief also said that Susno is in good condition, serving his time in Cibinong Detention Center. Susno surrendered after being fugitive for two weeks.

Susno was earlier charged with graft on the case of PT Salmah Arowana Lestari and 2008 West Java gubernatorial election. He claimed that the General Attorney only asked him to settle the court fee. Upon his custody at his house in Dago Pakar, Bandung, he went missing, making himself fugitive and a national buzz for a week.
