KAI Commuter Clinches 7 Medals at Asia Pacific Contact Center World Awards in Australia

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian railways company KAI Group through KAI Commuter was awarded seven medals at the 2024 Contact Center World (CCW) event held in Cairns, Australia, from Monday, July 15 to Friday, July 19, 2024.
KAI Commuter, the subsidiary of KAI, participated in the event for the first time and made history by sweeping the medals for every category it competed in.
KAI Commuter clinched five gold and two silver medals. Those are as follows:
1. GOLD Medal in the Best Public Services Center category (represented by Anne Purba and Luthfi Surya Ramadhan)
2. GOLD Medal in the Best Customer Service Team category (represented by Leza Arlan and Gian Farhan)
3. GOLD Medal in the Best Deployment of AI to Enhance CX category (represented by Ahmad Saefullah)
4. GOLD Medal in the Best CX Champion (Grand) category
5. GOLD Medal in the Best Organizational CX category (represented by Abdurahman Alfajri, Fathan Mubhien)
6. SILVER Medal in the Best Community Spirit category (represented by Faisal Akbar and Fajar Ramadhan)
7. SILVER Medal in the Best Digital Transformation Project category (represented by Joko Sembodo)
KAI Group sent 11 of its members to participate in the awards. They competed with 109 other participants from six countries in the Asia Pacific region, including Indonesia, Fiji, China, Kazakhstan, India, and Malaysia. The Contact Center World Awards is held annually by Canadian and American organizers and brings together the best contact center practitioners from various countries worldwide.
VP Corporate Secretary of KAI Commuter, Joni Martinus, said the company strives to improve its human resources quality.
"(The awards) will certainly affect the improvement of our services, and will hopefully present our members the chance to compete in the world-level CCW Awards against 2,000 participants from 80 countries slated to commence in London, UK, at the end of this year,” said Joni as quoted in a written statement on Sunday, July 21, 2024.
