However, there are several cities in the world that have succeeded in creating a comfortable, safe and minimally stressful environment for their citizens. Based on various surveys and reports, here are five cities that are known to have low stress levels.

1. Helsinki, Finland

Helsinki, the capital of Finland, tops the list as one of the most comfortable and environmentally friendly cities in the world. The city is known for its excellent education system, strong social policies, and clean and green environment. One of the main factors that reduces stress in Helsinki is the low crime rate.

Additionally, Helsinki is pedestrian and cyclist-friendly with abundant green open spaces and parks that allow residents to relax and enjoy nature. 2. Copenhagen, Denmark
