BMKG Weather Forecast: Rainy Evening in Jakarta

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency or BMKG forecasts that most of Jakarta will be cloudy this morning on Friday, April 5, 2024. Rain will gradually fall towards evening.

Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, and East Jakarta are expected to be cloudy this morning, while a drizzle will greet North Jakarta and West Jakarta. According to BMKG, heavy rains will sweep the Seribu Islands in the morning.

The rain is likely to gradually subside around noon, with the majority of Jakarta turning cloudy. Rain will still pour over Seribu Islands in the afternoon.

In the evening, almost all of Jakarta is forecasted to rain. The rain is expected to be heavier in South Jakarta and East Jakarta than the rest of the region.

Throughout today, the air temperature ranges from 25 to 31 degrees Celsius, while the air humidity is around 70 to 95 percent. The wind generally blows from northwest to north at 5 to 20 kilometers per hour.
