TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta Provincial Government has introduced a new slogan ‘Sukses Jakarta untuk Indonesia’ which literally translates to "Jakarta’s success for Indonesia." The new slogan will be placed side by side with +Jakarta or PlusJakarta logo launched in the era of Governor Anies Baswedan.

Raides Aryanto, the city’s acting head of the communication, informatics, and statistics agency, said the new slogan was created to support the relocation of the state capital from Jakarta to Nusantara in East Kalimantan.

“The provincial government will prepare a Governor's Decree (SK) for the future use of the slogan,” Raides said in Jakarta, Monday, December 12, 2022, as quoted from Antara.

He ensured that the government would not change the official +Jakarta logo. “So, there is no new logo to replace the PlusJakarta logo,” he confirmed.

The new slogan, he said, is expected to support and invite city residents to work together to deliver the new capital to IKN Nusantara.

The slogan of Jakarta during the era of the previous governor, Anes Baswedan, was the City of Collaboration. This spirit will resume in the 2023-2026 Regional Development Plan (RPD) program, Raiders informed.

The spirit of collaboration that has been created in Jakarta is directed at solving a number of strategic issues through various programs, including Disaster Resilience, Inclusive Economic Resilience, Digital and Community-Based Sustainable Cities, Dynamic Governance and Public Service Transformation, Healthy Humans, Equal Competitiveness, and Equitable Development.
